Presentation Folders (aka Pocket Folders or Portfolios) are used to hold and showcase materials used in presentations.
A well-designed presentation folder helps organize sales or informational presentations and makes them more impressive. A high-quality presentation folder conveys professionalism and credibility.
Presentation folders can be printed front and back in one-color, two-color or full color as well as embellished with metallic foil-stamping and / or embossing.
Folders can include stitched inserts for extra impact.
Interior pocket flaps can be printed; horizontal rectangular flaps are standard but ask us about other pocket configurations! Die-cut, sculptured pockets, for example, can make a strong visual impact. And business-card slits are handy and popular.
The standard, least-expensive presentation folder size is 9” x 12” (folded closed). However other sizes and configurations are available such as:
- 9” x 14.5” legal-sized folders;
- 6” x 9” folders;
- small key-card single pocket folders or
- tri-fold folders with 3 pockets.
Presentation folders are generally made from heavy card stock finished with clear protective coating or laminate. Linen folders offer a different feel and finish. Optional reinforced edges increase longevity and expandable spines are useful for content-heavy presentations or leave-behinds.
